380StreamLayer is the perfect tool for creating seamless handoffs to sportsbook partners. Utilizing StreamLayer, clients can drive new customer acquisition and also provide interested fans with a seamless ability to Watch & Bet, driving view times and increasing handle. The simplest implementation would be a basic “Bet Mode” where users can initiate StreamLayer’s odds feature to track live odds on an informational-only basis.

For demo purposes, we have integrated odds from DraftKings for active leagues: currently MLS, EPL, NFL, and NBA. These markets update in real time and mirror the same markets viewers otherwise would have to toggle to the DraftKings app to find. Viewers could then link directly to a user’s DraftKings account to consummate the transaction.

A next step would be to allow users to build a bet slip within StreamLayer and then seamlessly hand that user off directly into the relevant sportsbook page to consummate the transaction. A further “Bet Mode” implementation would allow fans to track their bets within the viewing experience, eliminating the need to toggle to another app to track their bets’ progress while they watch - and graphically displaying progress toward completed legs of a parlay.

Additionally, StreamLayer’s interactive ads can be utilized to surface timely promotional messaging from sportsbook related promos, offers, or updated in-game betting prompts. All betting-related features and notifications can be geo-blocked based upon a user’s IP address location.
