User Profile

Note: This feature is available on mobile (iOS, Android, React Native) and web. On CTV platforms, enable a second-screen setup so viewers can participate from their phone while watching on TV.

User Profiles let viewers set up and track activity across all interactive features under a single identity. When a profile is created, the system assigns a unique ID and credential—no personally identifiable information (PII) is captured or stored. Profiles persist as long as their credentials are stored and passed back to the SDK.

Profile Capabilities

• Upload a profile photo
• Change display name
• Adjust notification and alert settings
• Track gamification scores and leaderboard position

Default Settings

• Profile icon — Viewer's initials
• Notifications — On for new messages and when friends join
• Status — Visible to other users
• Sounds — On
