Note: This feature is only available on mobile applications (iOS, Android, React Native) and web.
On CTV platforms, interactive features are not supported directly, but you can enable a second screen setup so viewers can participate from their phone while watching on TV.

Profiles allow a user to setup and track activity across overlays inside a single identity. When a profile is first created the system assigns a unique ID and credential for the user (no PII is captured or saved). Profiles persist for as long as its credentials are stored and passed back to the SDKs & APIs.

Viewers have the ability to upload a photo, change their profile name, and adjust settings for notifications and alerts. By default, a user’s profile icon is their initials, notifications are turned on for new messages and when friends join, status is set to 'visible' to other users, and sounds are on.
