Here is a list of frequently asked questions and answers that our customers have run across when installing and using StreamLayer.

Which platforms are supported?

StreamLayer supports both iOS and Android mobile platforms. StreamLayer also supports tvOS and a Web SDK.

I lost my SDK Key. How do I get a new one?

You can retrieve your SDK Key by logging into StreamLayer Studio. See the Settings instructions.. From there you can copy the existing key, remove the existing key, and generate a new key.

Which data feeds does StreamLayer integrate with?

StreamLayer's backend is flexible to integrate with the data provider of choice based the client's preferred live statistics and betting (if applicable) partners. We have Sportradar pre-mapped for a number of sports for testing purposes, as well as a number of primary US sportsbooks.

How do I send Push Notifications on iOS?

StreamLayer uses Apple's Push Notification Service (APNS). You can upload your APNS credentials in StreamLayer Studio. See the Settings for further instructions. You can also refer to our iOS Push Notifications Guide for detailed instructions.

How do I send Push Notifications on Android?

StreamLayer uses Firebase for push notifications. You can upload your Firebase credentials in StreamLayer Studio. See the Settings for further instructions. You can also see our Push Notifications Guide for how to integrate Firebase into StreamLayer.

What kinds of statistics are collected by StreamLayer?

StreamLayer collects many statistics on the server. Statistics can be viewed in StreamLayer Studio. There is additional information in our Analytics instructions.
